Trump Is A Danger To Freedom…

A judge that Donald Trump selected during his first administration reversed Thursday nite the injunction that barred CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from the White House.The outlets’ Monday emergency lawsuit prompted U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly to issue the interim restraining order. The Hill said that the ruling is available for two weeks.The three left-leaning outlets “have shown a likelihood of success, at least on their Fifth Amendment procedural due process claim,” Kelly noted in his conclusion about the matter.

The defendants acknowledge, according to Kelly’s order, that the plaintiffs were not given notice or a chance to be heard prior to the revocation of their hard passes.Although Trump appointed Kelly in 2017, the decision was predictable because the judge had previously upheld CNN’s Jim Acosta’s White House press pass in 2018 after it had been withdrawn, using similar reasoning.”From the White House as a result of their constant reporting’ FAKE NEWS!” Trump said in a post on Truth Social last week, explaining why the three networks were banned.

Media outlets should not be allowed to consistently broadcast or write about false information when they are covering the president, the Trump administration, or the US of A, Trump stated.Trump expressed his disappointment with the lawsuit’s announcement earlier this week and the plaintiffs’ decision to retain Kelly, the judge who sided with Acosta, as a judge. However, he appeared more committed than in 2018 to challenging the outcome of the case.

Trump stated on Truth Social, “They have drawn a great Judge, for them, a man who ruled in favor of Jim Acosta, who now seems to have disappeared from the Planet.” They seem to have gotten lucky.Unfortunately, “TRUMP” appointed the judge in question, Tim Kelly. Put another way, we will appeal, as is our custom, because the individuals and organizations that perpetuate fake news by consistently publishing negative stories and using anonymous “sources” to spread lies and defamation should not have access to the world’s most prestigious office.
