Exposing Fraud in the Banking System

Sam Bankman-Fried, the Founder of FTX, Has Been Convicted of Fraud and Has Been Sentenced to a Lengthy 25-Year Prison Term

Featured Story

Good Day America…

By SRH, FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried has been sentenced to 25 years in prison by U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan in New York. The judge rejected Bankman-Fried’s argument that FTX customers did not suffer any losses and accused him of lying during his trial. Bankman-Fried was convicted of conspiracy and fraud charges in November. Judge Kaplan stated that Bankman-Fried was aware of the wrongdoing and the criminal nature of his actions. Although Bankman-Fried expressed regret for underestimating the chances of being caught, he chose not to admit guilt, exercising his right to do so.

Let me clarify the situation: an individual has been accused of defrauding individuals out of $8 Billion. After being found guilty, the court orders a forfeiture of $11.2 Billion. However, surprisingly, there is no restitution for the victims of the fraud. It seems logical that the $3.2 Billion excess from the fraud should cover the distribution of the $8 Billion that was fraudulently taken. Instead, the assets are being seized and allocated to the government’s funds, which will be used to support illegal immigrants entering our country. This does not seem fair or just; it appears to be one thief taking money from another thief. All those who suffered financial losses due to this fraudulent company should consider suing the Federal Government for restitution.

The criminal managed to swindle billions from investors and was sentenced to 25 years in prison.
Trump has not committed any fraud and no bank has suffered any financial losses. If found guilty, he will be incarcerated with no chance of parole. This highlights the lack of justice in a corrupt government.
