Absolutely. You need law enforcement and the politicians to get into the discussion about what safeguards and monitoring look like and that has to be a required thing and it will be a little bit of overhead for the industry but not a dramatic slowing of what they’re doing.”

Three days earlier, Gates was on CBS Mornings laying the metaphysical groundwork. Comparisons to past technologies, he said, miss the point. “Most of society is still not aware of how quickly it’s moving,” he told Gayle King and Norah O’Donnell. “AI is almost an evolutionary event.”

“Same guy that said climate change was going to do that but nothing has happened yet?”

He appealed to President Trump using the same look after the latter branded the most extreme allegations of AI danger as a “hoax.”

This is from the same man who has spent billions on killer injections and has publicly advocated for a global population wipeout. I don’t understand his motivation behind this false alarm.

He joins the ranks of other tech CEOs who have issued a public “warning” about the impending apocalypse caused by AI if current trends continue. A number of CEOs, including Sam Altman of OpenAI and Dario Amodei of Anthropic, have lately made similar statements. A conglomeration of wealthy individuals working together with the corporate media to spread a single narrative is a red flag that suggests there is more going on than meets the eye. On the flip side, Trump is advocating for a complete lack of regulation of artificial intelligence. The King , AKA wannabe president extols the technology, treating it as a deity who will usher in America’s much-touted “Golden Age” of global domination, in an god like religious . Rebranding AI as SI, short for “Super Intelligence,” is something he has considered.

Take note of how mega-rich people like Gates, Altman, and Amodei utterly avoid discussing the grave and immediate threats of a nuclear holocaust and World War III. With both the United States and NATO openly threatening to use nuclear weapons, the tensions between Russia and the United States have reached levels not seen since the Cold War. However, it is irrelevant to the matter at hand. Also, they remain silent on the subject of the world’s worsening food crisis, which is poised to escalate into a full-blown famine. Blindly embracing AI is what they want.

A world devoid of God, the one and only ultimate source of wisdom, and complete reliance on human intellect. Whenever did that ever result in a positive outcome?
